2. Intellectual Property

• We retain ownership of unused concepts
• Final deliverables transfer to client upon full payment
• Portfolio usage rights reserved

3. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required
• Final payment before file delivery
• All prices in USD

4. Project Timeline

• Timeline begins after deposit
• Revisions as per project agreement
• Delays communicated promptly

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Client pays for completed work.
